Refund Policy
This document is available in English only. The TrustCheck website is offered in several languages, but if any translation of this document is provided, the English version controls in case of any conflict or inconsistency.
1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy explains what happens when a check fails and when money can be returned. It summarises the rules in section 8 of our Terms of Service. If this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.
2. Check packs
TrustCheck sells check packs for TRON and Ethereum wallet checks. Packs are one time purchases with no subscription and no renewal. Payments are opening soon. When you buy, the price, the number of checks, taxes and payment methods are shown before you pay.
Checks in a pack are for your own use of TrustCheck and are non transferable. Free checks in a pack have no cash value and are used after your paid checks.
3. If a check fails
If a check fails because of a fault on our side, you are not charged. The check is returned to your balance. You can run it again.
If a check was charged but its result was incomplete because of a fault on our side, you can ask support for a free re check within a reasonable time.
Remedies are provided only as checks of equal value to the affected checks.
4. Money back
All sales are final. We do not return money for used or unused checks, whether in fiat currency or in crypto assets, except where mandatory law that cannot be excluded by contract requires it.
The service starts immediately: a check is performed and delivered the moment you run it, and a delivered result cannot be returned. See FAQ 23.
5. What is not a fault on our side
- a result you disagree with;
- a result that correctly reflects the source. OFAC, Tether and Circle are the source of truth for their own lists;
- a not enough data result when all sources responded;
- an error in the details you entered;
- invalid input or an unsupported chain. These are rejected before any charge.
6. Your rights under mandatory law
Nothing in this policy limits any non waivable right you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal or any right to a remedy for a service that is not provided as described. When you buy checks, we ask you to expressly request that the service starts immediately and to confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal, where the law allows. Where mandatory law still gives you a right, we honour it as the law requires. See FAQ 24 and Terms, section 20.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact support first. Faults on our side are fixed with a check of equal value, usually faster than a payment dispute. A chargeback for checks that were delivered as described goes against the Terms you accepted. Once payments are live, to respond to it, we may give the payment provider records of the checks you ran, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory law.
8. How to ask for help
Write to support@trustcheckbot.com or to our Telegram support t.me/Aiana11a (automated assistant) with the date and the address you checked. See also our Contact page.
